Position overview

The Partnership Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. The Partnership Manager is responsible for achieving assigned strategic account objectives.

 

 

Main responsibilities

Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel among assigned leads base of prospective retailers;

Meets assigned targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts. Searches contacts among TOP management of potential Partners;

Develops value proposition for retail partners accordingly to B4U Club partnership proposal;

Agrees and signs deals with the most beneficial for company conditions;

Launches partnerships and ensures first activities;

Supports and partners account management (in terms of fulfilling marketing obligations etc.)

Achieves strategic company’s objectives defined by company’s management

Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards

 

Requirements

At least five years selling experience in B2B in a retail environment

Experience on relevant position on Senior/Middle level (in Marketing/Sales/Business Development) in a luxury segment is a big plus

Experience of working out special customer retention / loyalty programs

Education in Finance/ Marketing is desirable

Availability of Partners acquired portfolio

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to influence senior decision makers

Relationship building skills

Advanced English, both written and spoken

PC proficiency, knowledge of CRM

Highly self-motivated

 

Interaction:

Internally: European Sales Department, B4U Club Director, Administrative Department, marketing and branding department

Externally: clients, customers, other parties which would be involved

 

Motivation:

Basic – commission only for 3 months or until 10 deals closed, after – fixed + bonus

Commission depends on retailer’s size, turnover, size of commission achieved with shop to be paid to the Company per each B4U Club’s member transaction

 

Bonus is calculated from the returned activity of shops
